The Institute of Leadership and Strategy is set to host a two-day Team Leadership and People Management Masterclass designed to strengthen the leadership and people-management capabilities of line managers, team leads and supervisors across Ghana.

The masterclass will take place at the Institute of Leadership and Strategy Executive Centre, East Legon, Accra, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

Date: October 1-2, 2026 (Thursday and Friday)

The programme comes at a time when organizations are increasingly recognizing that performance challenges are not always rooted in strategy. In many cases, the challenge lies in how effectively people are led, managed and held accountable for execution.
