My Experience
It's been eight intense weekends, but the knowledge I've gained has been truly transformative. From the foundations of strategy taught by Dr. Bassay to insightful sessions by Adolf Weger, Dr. Seglah, Grace Awotwe who completely changed my perspective on financial statements and Commander on change management, each facilitator brought clarity and practical value.
The timing couldn't have been better, as we transitioned into a new year. The principles I've learned are already helping me refine and formulate strategy within my company.
